We understand that due to family commitments, time restraints and personal preference many women like to train only with other women. We are proud to offer established programmes for women – they’re not easier than the mixed classes, only held at different times of the day! We train many successful women Athletes who are achieving goals they never thought possible; our women Warriors are accomplished and talented; our women Warrior Athletes are inspiring!!
