Running, jumping, swinging… a bell, climbing, punching, pressing, pulling, plenty of Military style runs (short sprints and longer 2.4km), squats, box jumps, sandbags, pain, suspension training (TRX), hanging leg raises, sit ups, chin ups, pain, and punching bags.
Redemption Bootcamps are 5 weeks long (2 sessions per week) and incorporate all the strength and conditioning workouts that CrossFit is so well known for.
Within the Redemption Bootcamp programme we cater for individual members’ ability, level of fitness and experience by scaling the load, requirements and intensity. That’s what makes this programme perfect if you are returning to exercise after a break away or if this is the first step on your fitness journey!
And once you’ve finished your first CrossFit Redemption Bootcamp, you have the choice of booking into another Bootcamp or joining our Military Fit classes.
