Our CrossFit Redemption Bootcamp is an ongoing class and incorporates all the strength and conditioning workouts that CrossFit is so well known for.
Within the Redemption Bootcamp programme we cater for individual members’ ability, level of fitness and experience by scaling the load, requirements and intensity. That’s what makes this programme perfect if you are returning to exercise after a break away or if this is the first step on your fitness journey!
Our Summer Bootcamp has begun on Tuesday & Thursday at 9:00am - 9:45am. Student consession cards are available for those who are still at school.
