Boxing is a very effective form of cross training. It increases bone density, is injury free without strain on the muscles or joints and you gain strength, stamina and improve co-ordination and timing while burning calories.

Classes are non-contact and suitable for both males and females. Held as a circuit class, Members rotate from bags to additional cardio and strength exercises.
