Nutrition is critically important in our sport of fitness – it dictates how fast we move, how much we lift, how quickly we recover after each workout and how quickly we progress towards our goals.

Nutrition is not just about losing or maintaining weight – it is also about eating correctly to give our bodies the fuel so that it can perform to its optimum.

At CrossFit Power Station we take nutrition as seriously as we do our workout programmes. For advice, eating plans (including weight loss), information on supplements or help with tricky health problems contact our qualified nutritionist.
