CrossFit Power Station has a well established reputation for being a family gym. From fitness programmes that are suitable for children to making sure our younger members are included in gym-wide functions, children and teenagers are a priority with CFPS.
CrossFit Kids: is a specifically researched and implemented programme aimed at children from Pre Schoolers to Teenagers. We split this age group into Kids, Pre-Teens and a Teens group, depending on what group best suits the individual child. All classes are kept small and are taught only by trainers with a certificate in the CrossFit Kids programme. CrossFit Teens: Our Teens classes are very popular - something to do with working out with others of their own age!! Our Teens also have the opportunity to enter into CrossFit competitions - either alongside adults or in teenage only comps. Note that we do allow some teens into our adult CrossFit classes: this is evaluated on an individual basis. We also offer Sports Conditioning programmes for teams and schools who want to improve on their off and pre-season levels of fitness or by adding to their existing fitness programme during competition period.
