Sports Conditioning for Kids

The FIT KIDS Program incorporates physical training and nutrition for your child’s fitness and wellbeing! Parents want their kids to grow up healthy and strong, and have a life long love of exercise, avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.

Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play a specific sport.

Our goal is to help kids learn to understand their bodies’ strength, endurance and agility, and to be able to push themselves further than they ever imagined, while having fun.
