Boxing is one of the most effective forms of cross training available today. Classes are non-contact and suitable for both males and females.
Boxing also increases bone density, and is injury free with no strain on the muscles or joints (providing you are using the correct equipment and technique).
Best of all, on a physical level, you gain strength and stamina and improve co-ordination and timing while burning calories.
Due to the restricted numbers in each class, members must book in with Power-Station to ensure their place in a specific Boxing class is reserved.
