Boot Camp
Running, Jumping, Swinging….a bell, Climbing, Punching, Pressing, Pulling, Plenty of Military style runs (short sprints and longer 2.4km), box jumps, sandbags, pain, suspension training (TRX), hanging leg raises, chin ups, pain, and punching bags
Little to no sympathy. Bookings essential. Places are limited!
Personal guarantee …… you will sweat a lot!
