Boot Camp
Running, jumping, swinging… a bell, climbing, punching, pressing, pulling, plenty of Military style runs (short sprints and longer 2.4km), box jumps, sandbags pain, suspension training (TRX), hanging leg raises, chin ups, pain, and punching bags.
Little to no sympathy.
Personal guarantee… you will sweat a lot!
Bravo Mon, Wed, Fri 5.45 – 6.30am (This is our combined Military Fit and Bootcamp group)
Charlie Tues, Thurs 5.45-6.30am and Sat 7-7.45am (Starts 13th Sept)
Delta Mon, Wed, Fri 6.30 – 7.15am
Echo Mon, Wed, Fri 9.30 – 10.15am (This is our Ladies Only Group)
Foxtrot Mon, Wed, Fri 6.30-7.15pm
